  • Counseling on unrelated business income matters
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating all types of contracts, releases and leases; Abundant experience in the handling of convention center and hotel contracts
  • Lobbying extensively to include monitoring of Congressional legislation and analysis of regulatory developments on various topics
  • Facilitating compliance with election laws; including completion of required FEC & state registrations and reporting
  • Assisting in the development of standards and certification programs
  • Providing nationwide or state-by-state charitable solicitation registrations; Monitoring compliance & registration renewal as needed
  • Counseling on employment law issues; Drafting of employee handbooks & human resources policies
  • Litigation in state and federal courts and before IRS, FEC and other regulatory agencies
