General Information
Frank Northam is the firm's chief litigator and handles cases in federal and state courts throughout the nation. He is a member of the District of Columbia Bar and the Virginia State Bar and is admitted to practice in the federal and state courts in those jurisdictions as well as in several federal courts of appeal and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Mr. Northam handles litigation in many areas ranging from First Amendment issues to commercial and contract disputes. His practice areas include antitrust and trade regulation, election law, defamation, trade and professional associations, and issue-oriented organizations.
