Part-Time Administrative Assistant

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position requires excellent attention to detail, effective time management skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks under strict deadlines, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good written and verbal communication skills and a positive attitude are essential, as well as the desire to be a support team member. Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel is required.

This position required in-office work for 29 hours a week max. With flexible hours between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Mail out completed charitable state registration filing form packets. As well as scanning the documents to be electronically saved in the respective client folders
  • Purge file cabinets of out-of-date paperwork
  • Sort, Scan & Email all Charitable mail to the team and respective attorneys
  • File necessary Charitable mail into client folders in filing cabinets
  • Oversee former client file retention
  • Additional items can be added at any time based on the needs of the business

ABOUT YOU

  • Important skills include the ability to work in a team environment and maintain complete confidentiality

EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years of professional office experience preferred
