Since 1970, WC&B has provided expert legal services to a broad range of trade associations, professional societies, public charities, private foundations, scientific organizations, churches, clubs, schools and civic groups, lobbying groups, and political committees and candidates.
In providing legal and counseling services, the attorneys at WC&B seek to combine their legal experience with solid business judgment to represent our client’s best interest.
Our clients appreciate this approach, as well as our ability to effectively address their needs by involving attorneys with complementary areas of expertise. We also recognize our clients’ budgetary needs and endeavour to assign each matter to the attorney who can most effectively handle the matter at the lowest cost.
WC&B is committed to fostering, cultivating and preserving a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion. Our human capital is the most valuable asset we have. WC&B’s commitment to Diversity & Inclusion goes beyond our office walls. We proudly support the Association community’s efforts on DEI and have collaborated with the ASAE Research Foundation to sponsor the Sal Martino Grant for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Research.
