Webster, Chamberlain & Bean LLP is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our DC-based law firm.
We are looking for an attorney (minimum 6 years experience) familiar with tax-exempt law. The ideal candidate will have some IRS and/or Tax Court experience, election law and lobbying registration knowledge, and be proficient in transactional law.
Skills Requirements:
Must have demonstrated ability in appropriate legal skills (e.g., legal analysis, research, and writing), excellent written and oral communication skills, and exhibit exceptional attention to detail with the ability to review and edit large documents. Must have consensus-building skills to assert positions confidently plus the ability to build strong, supportive client rapport.
Member in good standing of the bar of at least one state (licensed to practice in the District of Columbia or the ability to waive in).
