Charitable Registration Administrator

ABOUT THE ROLE

This full-time Charitable Registration Administrator position involves working with multiple charitable organizations across the country in a wide range of industries.

In this position, you will ensure that clients are in compliance with state-specific requirements, review tax and financial statements and other relevant documents.  

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Managing 40-50 Charitable Organization Registrations/Annual Renewals
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and communication with clients
  • Completing registration forms promptly and accurately when submitting documents to the various states

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of professional office experience
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel

Skills required include:

  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Effective time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under strict deadlines and excellent calendar management
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Proactive mindset and positive attitude essential
  • Preferred candidate is seeking longevity and not looking for a steppingstone position

This position is best suited for a candidate with paralegal experience and/or experience handling state charitable solicitation registrations or those with experience in medical billing, insurance claims, compliance, membership, or collections.

BENEFITS

  • 4 weeks of PTO and 10 paid federal holidays. After 5 years, 5 weeks of PTO.

  • Firm contribution to retirement profit-sharing plan after 2 years.

  • After the first 90-days, working remotely two days a week is allowed.
