Non-Profit Registration Administrator

About the Role

This is a full-time position best suited for a candidate with paralegal experience and/or experience handling state charitable solicitation registrations. The position requires excellent attention to detail, effective time management skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks under strict deadlines, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include communicating with clients and state registration offices, completing registration forms promptly, and submitting documents to the various states.

Good communication skills and a positive attitude are essential, as well as the ability and desire to learn and comprehend charity law. Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel is required, as is a college degree with at least 3 years of professional office experience. Good Benefits. Ability to work from home available after the training period.

Those with experience in medical billing, insurance claims, or collections are encouraged to apply.

Education & Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of professional office experience
