Alan Dye has specialized in the representation of non-profit organizations since joining Webster, Chamberlain & Bean. His practice includes not only trade associations, but numerous think tanks, lobbying organizations, and political committees, with an emphasis on tax issues, charities, social welfare organizations, political and election law, and general corporate governance.


Mr. Dye is a Fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel.
