Christine Lopez’s practice includes contracts, corporate, employment, nonprofit governance, commercial leasing, risk management & insurance, and tax. Christine’s experience includes advising organizations on their full range of transactional legal needs from formation through growth and transition.

Prior to joining Webster, Chamberlain & Bean, Christine was a managing attorney at the DC Bar Pro Bono Center’s Nonprofit & Small Business Legal Assistance Programs, where she advised and represented local nonprofit and for-profit organizations, drafted client-centered educational materials, as well as trained and engaged volunteer attorneys.
