Lauren LeVan’s practice includes contract, tax, antitrust, and association law. In her work with tax-exempt organizations, she provides counsel on a variety of regulatory compliance matters relating to data privacy,  standards setting and development, and corporate governance. She also regularly monitors legislation affecting nonprofits, trade associations, and charities.

Prior to joining Webster, Chamberlain & Bean, Lauren graduated from Notre Dame Law School. She served as a Senior Articles Editor of Notre Dame Law School’s Journal of International and Comparative Law and was active in the Student Bar Association as a 3L representative. Lauren received her BA in English at the University of Virginia, where she served as President of the Asian Student Union at the University and worked as a legal assistant in Charlottesville, Virginia.
